Osterman Research published its first user guide, How to Evaluate and Choose a Messaging Archiving Solution, in September 2004.  This guide offers in-depth analysis and actionable information regarding the key issues that organizations must address as they consider the need for messaging archival in the context of compliance, storage management, litigation support and knowledge management.  The guide was co-published with Contoural, Inc.
